The SPRINT 1329 has been developed for complete processing of state-of-the-art edging and panel materials. All possible unit versions are perfectly matched to one another and designed for maximum endurance and feed rates. Motor-driven adjustable axis are used for the entire machine allowing conversion to precise dimensions at the touch of a button and without having to open the machine hood.
Standard features include variable feed from 10-18m/min, as well as automatic pressure beam adjustment. An edge feeder with synchronous drive and pressure unit are also standard features.
The SPRINT 1329 offers you three models.
“Massiv“ model – With two cutter units allows simple processing of solid wood edging with thicknesses up to 15mm without changing tools.
”Grooving“ model – With an NC-controlled fully automatic pivoting grooving unit
”Premium“ model – With dual-motor corner rounding unit for edge thicknesses up to 15mm and workpiece thicknesses up to 60mm

- Corner rounding unit for processing corners with edging thicknesses up to 3mm and working height of 60mm
- Scraper unit – Pneumatic (MOT version optional)
- Glue scraper unit – Application controlled incl. blow nozzles (pre and post sensing optional)
- Buffing unit for maximum gloss and complete finishing

- MOT2 Grooving Unit with two NC servo axis for groove depth adjustment as well as groove position above control panel. Pivots 0-90 degrees including grid holes at increments of 11.25degrees. Includes plunge control.

- No multifunctional cutter
